The Best of the Best Honored at 2025 Spiro Awards
GREENSBORO, N.C.- The UNCG athletics department celebrated a memorable 2024-25 season (with some more on the horizon) by recognizing several outstanding teams and standout individuals during the festive evening inside of Piedmont Hall on the Greensboro Complex campus on Thursday, May 1.

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's and women's track teams will begin postseason competition with the 2025 Southern Conference (SoCon) Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Monday and Tuesday in Birmingham, Alabama, at Samford Track & Soccer Stadium.

DURHAM, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's track team sent Andrew Hamilton and Samuel Barnard to the Duke Twilight on Sunday evening at Morris Williams Stadium.
Millard Breaks School Record, Spartans Compete at Aggie Classic
