Rawkin’ Welcome Weeks is a great opportunity for students to continue the transition to college life at UNCG and find out what it means to be a Spartan.

This annual university-wide day of service takes place during Rawkin’ Welcome Week in August.It gives UNCG students an opportunity to get off campus and be introduced to different parts of our community while working with our community partners to make a difference.

With help from 3D printers and graduate students at UNC Greensboro and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, one such competition capped off a week of problem-based learning, centered around an element found in everything from DNA to matches to fertilizer.
