After seven years of in-depth research, South Carolina theater professor Peter Duffy transforms real educators’ voices into a powerful theatrical experience. ReformED dives headfirst into the emotional, often heartbreaking realities behind the teacher exodus, weaving true stories into a compelling narrative that has sparked conversations from local stages to international audiences in Australia. More than just a play, ReformED is a catalyst for change—one that dares us to imagine a future where teachers don’t just survive the system, but thrive within it.

Summary:
What happens when Shakespeare collides with superheroes in the heart of New York City? Pure magical mayhem. In Rough Magic, characters from The Tempest are hurled into modern-day Manhattan in a high-stakes, spell-slinging adventure where the fate of the city hangs in the balance. The villain? Prospero—an exiled sorcerer hellbent on reclaiming his stolen book of magic, even if it means unleashing chaos and destroying the city. Standing in his way? A hilariously mismatched band of heroes: Melanie Porter, a sharp-tongued dramaturg who can pull characters out of plays; Caliban, Prospero’s muscle-bound (and slightly clueless) son; Tisiphone, a vengeful Fury with a flair for the dramatic; and Chet Baxter, a teenage lifeguard with more guts than sense. Think Harry Potter meets the X-Men, with a dash of Shakespearean swagger. The magic is real. The danger is epic. And the drama? Off the charts.

Summary:
The year is 2032. The campus is “raceless.” The resistance is just beginning.
When the prestigious Prince Washington Institute launches a bold—and deeply controversial—social experiment to erase race from campus life, astrophysics major Destiny Maria Jones is just trying to find where she belongs. That search leads her to the nearly defunct Black Student Union, a once-thriving organization now hanging by a thread. But within its fading walls, Destiny finds something electrifying: purpose, power, and a legacy of resistance. As the campus pushes erasure, Destiny pushes back—fueling her fight with cosmic curiosity and radical self-discovery. Blending science and activism, Discovering Blackness is a powerful exploration of identity, belonging, and what it means to exist—fully and unapologetically—in a world desperate to make you invisible.

This charming spin-off from the beloved Mercy Watson series shines a spotlight on the no-nonsense Eugenia Lincoln and her sweet, spirited sister Baby. Baby Lincoln embarks on an exciting journey while her sister encounters an extraordinary package. Guided by the people they meet on the train, their nosy neighbors, and Mercy the pig, they make important discoveries about themselves – perhaps most importantly, that they love each other.
