The Learning and Organizational Development team of UNCG Human Resources is pleased to announce we will be offering Situational Leadership® Essentials this October. This highly engaging training is designed to enhance leadership effectiveness by equipping participants with practical, adaptable strategies tailored to a variety of team dynamics.
If you currently supervise employees at UNCG you are encouraged to apply.
Participants must complete all three sessions.
- Wednesday, October 8, 9 a.m. to Noon
- Thursday, October 16, 9 a.m. to Noon
- Wednesday, October 20, 9 a.m. to Noon
Space is limited, and not all applicants will be accepted into the program.
