"This is unbelievable, this is just the icing on the cake for my college career," Cozart said. "God is good and I am thankful. Especially for my family, teammates, coaches and friends."

Cozart also tied Kennedy Jones (2022-23) for the program's single-season high for RBI (73) during the SoCon Tournament at Fluor Field in Greenville, South Carolina.
In just two seasons as a Spartan, Cozart stands at fifth on UNCG's top-10 list for home runs with 29. He earned spots on four all-conference teams this season, including being voted to the coaches and media first teams as a designated hitter as well as both second teams as a first baseman. Cozart was named SoCon Player of the Week twice this season (Feb. 19 & April 29) and was also crowned Perfect Game Co-Player of the Week on Feb. 20.
