Pitha Uthsob, or "Pitha Festival," is a vibrant celebration of traditional rice-based delicacies that holds a special place in Bengali culture. This event brings people together to honor the culinary art of making pithas—sweet and savory treats crafted from rice flour, molasses, coconut, and other natural ingredients. Pithas are often associated with winter festivities and are symbolic of warmth, hospitality, and community bonding.
