The Bronze experience of the Spartan Leadership Challenge serves as a roadmap that promotes lifelong and self-directed leadership development. The Bronze experience includes attending five workshops, completing 10 hours of exploratory service in the community and five hours of professional development related to the Spartan Experience. The Bronze level of the Spartan Leadership Challenge is open to all UNCG students! It is a great way to meet new people, gain key career competencies, and develop essential leadership skills to create positive change. Join us at our kickoff and learn

Students who complete the Bronze requirements will earn a medallion that can be worn at graduation and will be eligible to participate in the Silver Experience. For more information, check out the OLCE Website!
