GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's tennis team and Head coach Jeff Trivette  have announced their 2025-26 season schedule. 
  
"We are very excited about our upcoming season." said Trivette "We are bringing back four seniors, three sophomores and have picked up three talented freshmen. It's a great mix of experience and excitement. We have set very high standards and we are looking forward to facing a very challenging schedule."

QUICK FACTS 

• The fall schedule will consist of seven road tournaments: one at home & six away. 

• The spring slate will feature 20 regular season matches: 14 home & six away. 

• The 2025-26 schedule will begin with the Spartans traveling to Elon to take part in the Elon Fall Invitational from Sept. 12-14. 

• UNCG will then come back home and host the Spartan Fall Invitational from Sept. 19-21 at UNCG Tennis Courts. 

• The Spartans will then go on the road for the remainder of the fall slate featuring the ITA Regionals, Southern Conference (SoCon) Masters Qualifier, UTC Steve Baras Invite and the Wake Forest Invitational. 

• The Blue & Gold will open its spring schedule at home with North Carolina Central on Feb. 7 and Elon on Feb. 8.  

• In the 2026 season, the Spartans face three teams that made the NCAA Tournament last year in Gardner-Webb, NC State and Wake Forest. 

• UNCG will open SoCon play by traveling to The Citadel on Feb. 14th. 

• The team concludes the 2026 regular season with a five-game homestand, ending in a conference matchup against Chattanooga on April 11 at UNCG Tennis Courts. 

• The 2026 SoCon Tournament will be held from April 16-18 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
