Come join us for a fun and informative session about animal cruelty with the wonderful Dr. Clarissa Nourddine, a veterinarian and board member of the SPCA! We’ll be making some awesome DIY dog toys, discovering volunteer opportunities with the SPCA of the Triad, and munching on delicious pizza and snacks. We can't wait to see you there!

*Bring an old or used t-shirt to refurbish into a dog toy

HerFlora Collective presents Sip Pink as part of our Breast Cancer Awareness Month Cycle of Care Series. This event will combine wellness, education, and community connection. Students and community members are invited to enjoy refreshing pink-themed agua frescas while learning about breast health, menstrual equity, and preventive care. The program will include interactive education on breast self-exams and resources for reproductive and overall wellness.

This event is designed to be welcoming, engaging, and impactful—bridging awareness with action and reinforcing that menstrual and breast health are both essential to overall well-being.

Financial Wellness: Money Potholes: 10 things to avoid

In this workshop, you will find information on 10 common money traps that students often fall prey to. In addition to a description of what these "potholes" are, students will also be given the information they need to avoid needing quick fixes in the first place, as well as strategies for solving problems without these quick fixes, should they find themselves in a bind.
