A healthy diet for college students is necessary to improve energy, memory and focus. Students who eat a balanced diet are less likely to get sick. Join Spartan Well Being in this workshop to learn more about nutrient-rich diets, foods to avoid and ways to use your nutrition to create a more robust immune system.

Join Spartan Well-Being for this workshop. When considering health, we often think only in terms of physical and mental health; however true wellness is much broader. A holistic approach to wellness supports the whole person and encompasses eight dimensions. This presentation will explore the eight dimensions of wellness, provide an opportunity for you to examine your relationship with each dimension, and discover new ways to support your health and wellness. Consider and explore their personal health and well-being.
Understand the connection among the 8 dimensions of wellness.
Identify resources and ways to enhance their relationship with each dimension.
