Description

The Delta Omicron chapter of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Inc. is turning 10 years old this year. Our brothers, old and new, are looking to celebrate 10 years of our history here at UNCG with not just our brothers but also some of the members of our on-campus community. The night will consist of light refreshments, and some brothers will speak on the experience in Lambda Theta Phi and the growth of the chapter.

Dimensions of Wellness Workshop

Join Spartan Well-Being for this workshop. When considering health, we often think only in terms of physical and mental health; however true wellness is much broader. A holistic approach to wellness supports the whole person and encompasses eight dimensions. Each dimension contributes to optimal health and well-being, including physical, emotional, social, intellectual, career, cultural, environmental, and financial wellness. This presentation will explore the eight dimensions of wellness, provide an opportunity for you to examine your relationship with each dimension, and discover new ways to support your health and wellness. After participating in this workshop, students will be able to:

Consider and explore their personal health and well-being.
Understand the connection among the 8 dimensions of wellness.
Identify resources and ways to enhance their relationship with each dimension.
