Saba Taj, a queer Muslim artist based on Raleigh, who has displayed work previously at Elsewhere Living Museum and Artist Residency, taught at Chapel Hill, and been exhibited at Duke, joins us on campus to talk about her work, and the role identity has played in her artistic journey. Join us as we come together to raise awareness and support for those experiencing homelessness in our community. The Men of Rho Beta will spend the night outdoors to stand in solidarity with the unhoused, while collecting donations of blankets, clothing, non-perishable food, and funds that go directly toward local shelters and outreach programs.
