Join Spartan Well-Being for a Wellness Wednesday yoga flow. We'll practice a relaxed, super beginner-friendly pose sequence. Get ready to learn some of the many ways that yoga improves mental health and take away some tools that will help in building resilience. Yoga mats and props, as well as tea and relaxing music will be provided.
