A holistic approach to wellness supports the whole person and encompasses eight dimensions. Each dimension contributes to optimal health and well-being, including physical, emotional, social, intellectual, career, cultural, environmental, and financial wellness. This presentation will explore the eight dimensions of wellness, provide an opportunity for you to examine your relationship with each dimension, and discover new ways to support your health and wellness. After participating in this workshop, students will be able to:

Consider and explore their personal health and well-being.
Understand the connection among the 8 dimensions of wellness.
Identify resources and ways to enhance their relationship with each dimension.
