Spartan Village Phase II
Located on Gate City Blvd. Spartan Village combines residences as well as retail and dining.
Spartan Village is home to six apartment style residence halls that are modern and loaded with amenities. These are the newest residential spaces at UNCG, and offer students access to dining and retail locations within each building.

Spartan Village includes six apartment style residence halls that extend from Silver Ave. up West Gate City Blvd. to the Kaplan Center for Wellness.

The bottom levels of each residence hall feature Retail and Dining options including the Art Loft, Pita Delite, Taco Bao, a Hair and Nail Salon, Homeslice Pizza and Subs, The Glenwood Diner, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Bestway Grocery - a full service grocery.

Spartan Village residents can also stay in the halls for fall, winter and spring break periods. The Spartan Chariot makes frequent trips to the center of campus from Spartan Village.

Spartan Village, designed by Lord-Aech-Sargent of Atlanta, Georgia, and Teague Freyaldenhoven Freyaldenhoven Architects of Greensboro, North Carolina, is a mixed-use community located south of the main campus of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), along the Gate City Boulevard (formerly West Lee Street) corridor.

Linked by the Pedestrian Tunnel, the Spartan Village consists of residence halls, school-related buildings, offices, and retail spaces. The first phase opened for student residents during the fall of 2013.
