CARROLLTON, TX. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's golf team currently sits in fifth place through two rounds of play in the Maridoe Collegiate on Monday at Maridoe Golf Course.
 
TEAM

• UNCG carded rounds of 295-294 on Monday for a 13-over-par (589).
• The Spartans are in fifth place across the 13-team field.
• Oklahoma leads all teams with an eight-under-par (568).
• The Sooners are the only team in the field with an under-par score after two rounds of play.
• Arizona State and Oklahoma State are currently in a tie for second place with a six-over-par (582).
• Alabama is just above UNCG for fourth place after notching a 10-over-par (586) in two rounds.
• Host school North Texas is in eighth place with a 24-over-par (600).
• The Spartans are the third-best team after day one in par five holes with a 4.78 average.

INDIVIDUAL

• Colin Dutton is leading the scorecard for the Spartans, standing in a tie for 10^th place on the 78-player leaderboard.
• Dutton carded rounds of 71-74 to conclude the first two rounds with a one-over-par (145). He was one of seven players in the tournament to record an eagle on Monday.
• Kelvin Hernandez follows closely behind Dutton in a tie for 17^th place with a three-over-par (147) after notching rounds of 72-75.
• B.J. Boyce is tied for 26^th place with a four-over-par (148). Boyce posted a five-over-par (77) in the opening round and came back out in the second round to record a one-under-par (71).
• Jake Lewis stands tied for 29^th place with a five-over-par (149) after recording rounds of 75-74.
• Jack Marcotte rounds out the scorecard for the Blue & Gold after shooting a 77-75 on Monday for an eight-over-par (152) to be in a tie for 44^th place.
