USTFCCCA Announces Women's Track & Field All-Academic Teams
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) men's and women's track teams were announced as 2024 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Teams by the organization on Monday.
Teams are recognized when their cumulative grade-point average for all student-athletes is a 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
The UNCG men's team posted a 3.46 cumulative GPA, while the UNCG women had a 3.29 cumulative GPA.
From The Southern Conference, UNCG, Furman and Wofford were the three men's programs that were recognized by the USTFCCCA, while UNCG, Furman, Mercer and Wofford were the four programs earning honors on the women's side.
