Women’s Tennis Hosts LIU & Travels to Coastal Carolina

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women's tennis team will host LIU on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at the UNCG Tennis Courts before traveling to face Coastal Carolina on Tuesday at Stevens Tennis Complex at 1:00 p.m.

  • Brunelle Kouam leads the team with a 7-1 overall record in singles, while Anna Babayan follows closely behind with a 6-0 mark.
  • Aida Mitrache and Kouam are the best doubles duo on the team with a 5-0 overall record.
  • The Chants will take on Texas State on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. and Kennesaw State on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. before hosting the Spartans at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

UNCG is 2-7 in the overall series against Coastal Carolina. The Chanticleers secured last season's meeting with the Spartans, 5-2, in Greensboro.
