This workshop will discuss the importance of sleep hygiene in overall health and well-being. Topics covered include what is good and bad sleep hygiene, setting good sleep habits, sleep disorders, etc. Come join us to learn more about how to improve your sleep routine.

Spartan Connect Events | Ground Floor of Gove Student Health Center
Spartans Together is a peer-facilitated program that helps students meet and get to know students outside of their social group and build a stronger community on campus. Students meet in small groups over weekly 1-hour sessions throughout the semester. Students will engage in a series of thought-provoking questions and fun activities.

Creative expression through poetry, mindful movement, drawing, collage and additional forms of art based mediums in order to support healing and processing of various types of trauma.   This group offers creative coping skills, exploration of self and provides an alternative way to process trauma while supporting individual and collective healing. Group is intended for survivors of trauma.
