Description
Stress affects our mind, body, emotions, and behavior. It shows up differently for everyone. While some stress is a good thing as it aids in performance enhancement, other forms of stress can be very debilitating. Join the stress management workshop to learn more about stress, ways to cope, and some methods for self-care.

This group offers creative coping skills, exploration of self and provides an alternative way to process trauma while supporting individual and collective healing. Group is intended for survivors of trauma.
