Each dimension contributes to optimal health and well-being, including physical, emotional, social, intellectual, career, cultural, environmental, and financial wellness. This presentation will explore the eight dimensions of wellness, provide an opportunity for you to examine your relationship with each dimension, and discover new ways to support your health and wellness.

Do you get overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you wish you had more strategies to cope with challenging emotions? Emotions can be confusing, frightening, or overwhelming when we don’t have the skills to navigate them. To survive, some of us have learned unhelpful methods to try and cope with our challenging emotions. This group teaches helpful skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to support you in effectively responding to your emotions.  Join us to learn and practice new skills to begin to build more emotional resilience!
