Survivor Space is a peer-based support group for survivors of all forms of interpersonal violence. If you have experienced harm by another person in the past, or you are currently experiencing harm by someone you know, this group is designed for you. Survivor Space uses empowered-choice making and community-based support as tools in a survivor’s healing journey. Topics covered in the group can include resiliency building, boundary setting, healthy relationships, conflict management, and increasing self-esteem. The topics are driven by participants- we define what healing looks like for us. Drop-ins to this group are welcome. If you have additional questions about Survivor Space, would like to make an accommodations request for this group, or would like to speak with an advocate, please call 336-334-9839 to schedule an intake appointment.

Spartan Connect Events | Middle College Gym
Join us for a pre-game tailgate for the UNCG vs. High Point University Men's Basketball game starting at 5:00pm in the Middle College Gym! UNCG students will receive free food while supplies last! Don't forget to reserve your ticket to the game at Fleming Gym - the first 500 UNCG students will receive a free white hat! The game WILL sell out! Game starts at 7:00pm with doors opening at 6:00pm. For Men's games played in Fleming Gymnasium just have your student ID out and show it to the UNCG box office/at the Fleming doors and walk in! You can pick up your ticket at the ticket office on game day or in advance at the ticket office on the 3rd floor of the Coleman building Mon-Fri 9 am -12 pm, 1 pm - 5 pm. We highly encourage picking up your tickets in advance as seating is limited!
Getting to the Middle College Gym: 
The UNCG Middle College is located on Walker Avenue and Josephine Boyd Street. To access the gym, please walk down Walker Ave. to the sidewalk between the Middle College Building and the Coleman Building (where Fleming Gym is located).
