Stress affects our mind, body, emotions, and behavior. It shows up differently for everyone. While some stress is a good thing as it aids in performance enhancement, other forms of stress can be very debilitating. Join the stress management workshop to learn more about stress, ways to cope, and some methods for self-care.

Participants will have the chance to answer two trivia questions related to Black history, and those who answer correctly will receive a free Cinnaholic roll (while supplies last). This event aims to celebrate and educate our community on the rich history and contributions of Black individuals in an interactive way. Stop by, test your knowledge, and enjoy a sweet treat!

Spartan Connect Events | Ground Floor of Gove Student Health Center
Body Positivity is a community-building group that invites students to participate in a positive and informative discussion about body image. A Spartan Well-Being peer will guide participants through two 1-hour sessions. Students will be able to explore their thoughts around body image and discuss the impact external factors (social media, trends, etc) have on this topic. Students will create SMART goals at the end of the sessions that will help them think and feel more positive about their bodies. You must attend session 1 in order to attend session 2. Session 2 will be scheduled during session 1

Spartan Connect Events | Kaplan Center
This signature all-majors recruiting event is designed to connect UNCG students and alumni with world-class employers offering full-time, internship, and graduate opportunities.

This event is an opportunity to explore career options with a diverse set of employers and/or network with companies at which you are interested in interning or working full-time. In addition, a number of graduate schools will be in attendance to talk to students about their programs.

No matter your reason for attending, professional attire is encouraged. Please come prepared with multiple copies of your resume to provide to employers. First impressions are important, and you never know what connections you will make!


The Spartan Chariot shuttle to the fair will run from 1-4:00pm. Pick-up/drop-off is Stirling St. in front of the EUC across from the Walker deck and the Kaplan Center entrance on McCormick St.
