The museum is committed to access for all, and as part of our ongoing efforts, we are introducing ASL-Interpreted gallery tours of the exhibition Crip*: Artists Engage with Disabilities. There will be two tours at 11 am and 12 pm. Tours are free. Registration is required.

While many outdoor enthusiasts love top rope and sport climbing, bouldering is the most simple and free form of climbing, all you need are shoes and some good friends to support you. We’ll bring the crash pads, and lunch, you bring the energy and we’re sure to have a perfect Sunday at the crag. With problems as easy as V0 all the way to V8, you’re sure to find something that works for you!

Do you get overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you wish you had more strategies to cope with challenging emotions? Emotions can be confusing, frightening, or overwhelming when we don’t have the skills to navigate them. To survive, some of us have learned unhelpful methods to try and cope with our challenging emotions. This group teaches helpful skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to support you in effectively responding to your emotions. Join us to learn and practice new skills to begin to build more emotional resilience!
