A healthy diet for college students is necessary to improve energy, memory and focus. Students who eat a balanced diet are less likely to get sick. Join Spartan Well Being in this workshop to learn more about nutrient-rich diets, foods to avoid and ways to use your nutrition to create a more robust immune system.

Survivor Space is a peer-based support group for survivors of all forms of interpersonal violence. If you have experienced harm by another person in the past, or you are currently experiencing harm by someone you know, this group is designed for you. Survivor Space uses empowered-choice making and community-based support as tools in a survivor's healing journey. Topics covered in the group can include resilience building, boundary setting, healthy relationships, conflict management, and increasing self-esteem. The topics are driven by participants- we define what healing looks like for us. Drop-ins to this group are welcome.
