Inspired by the classic TV game show, this event will pit teams of students, faculty, and families against each other in a friendly competition to see who knows their campus and community best! Team Format: Gather your friends to form teams of 4 players. Each team will compete in rounds of fun survey questions based on campus life, pop culture, and more! Prizes: Winning teams will receive exciting prizes, including campus merchandise, Speakers, and bragging rights as the Campus Family Feud Champions! Do you get overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you wish you had more strategies to cope with challenging emotions?  Emotions can be confusing, frightening, or overwhelming when we don’t have the skills to navigate them. To survive, some of us have learned unhelpful methods to try and cope with our challenging emotions. This group teaches helpful skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to support you in effectively responding to your emotions.   Join us to learn and practice new skills to begin to build more emotional resilience!

Creative expression through poetry, movement, drawing, collage and other forms of art to support healing and processing of various types of traumas.  This group offers creative coping skills, exploration of self and provides an alternative way to process trauma while supporting individual and collective healing.   No artistic experience necessary, we are working with the process not the outcome in this space.
