Do you get overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you wish you had more strategies to cope with challenging emotions?
Emotions can be confusing, frightening, or overwhelming when we don’t have the skills to navigate them. To survive, some of us have learned unhelpful methods to try and cope with our challenging emotions. This group teaches helpful skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to support you in effectively responding to your emotions.
Join us to learn and practice new skills to begin to build more emotional resilience!
