Do you love dogs? You can spend your Friday afternoon with us as we venture out to Piney Lake for a nice hike while spending time with some great pups from the local SPCA shelter. Come out and enjoy the fresh air, spend time exploring the natural world around you, and provide a great opportunity for these dogs! There will be plenty of time for everyone to relax. This trip is perfect for anyone who loves appreciating the outdoors, self-care, and wanting to escape school for a few hours on a Friday.

Restoring union with the body and reclaiming the body as one's own through asana (poses) and dhyana (meditation) is the foundation of this group. Coming back into the body is part of coming back into wholeness during trauma healing. The time consists of guided meditation, minimal asana with positive self-affirmation, and time for sharing. This group is intended for survivors of trauma. Pre-group screening is required for this group before attending. Please call 336-334-5874 to schedule screening appointment.

Catalyst is a program where participants engage in meaningful service and be a spark for change! You and your fellow students will have the opportunity to learn about the social and environmental issues that have an impact on our community, serve alongside community partners in the triad, and reflect on your experiences as a group. Catalyst Days are open to all UNCG students. We have space for 13 participants, and registration is open until spots are filled. Once you complete the registration, your Catalyst Leaders will be in contact you with information about next steps.
