Description

Many of use respond to mistakes or perceived failures with self-directed anger or criticism. Being harsh with ourselves doesn't fix the situation and can leave us feeling miserable. Self-compassion is a stepped approach to treating ourselves with understanding and kindness leaving emotional space to work towards our goals. Learn the steps of self-compassion in this one hour workshop. It could be just what you need to get yourself through exam week, in other words, YOU can be just what you need to get yourself through exam week.

Date: April 25th at 12pm         Place: Counseling and Psychological Services, 2nd floor Gove Student Health Center, check in at the front desk
