Students will develop greater confidence in navigating Handshake's website, enabling them to access job opportunities and career resources with ease. They will also gain an understanding of the importance of completing their Handshake profile, recognizing how a comprehensive profile increases visibility to employers. Additionally, students will learn how to effectively use hashtags on Handshake’s platform, allowing them to better categorize and discover relevant opportunities.

Counseling and Psychological Services is hosting a support group for students who struggle with disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns. The group will focus on creating a space to explore authenticity and body autonomy. The group will be hosted every Thursday from 1:00-2:15pm during the 2025 spring semester. The Resilience Book Club will be reading What My Bones Know by Stephanie Foo (additional text under consideration: It Didn't Start With You by Mark Wolynn) in the spring semester of 2025. This book club focuses on texts that may offer healing to survivors of violence. In addition to survivors, loved ones of victims/survivors or folx who are interested in learning more about the impacts of trauma and resilience are also welcome! The Resilience Book Club will meet three times during the semester to have a loosely structured discussion around the text, and related activities/resources will be available. What My Bones Know is available through Spotify, Libby, and Audible for audio listening, or a hard copy can be obtained.
