Description
Stress affects our mind, body, emotions, and behavior. It shows up differently for everyone. While some stress is a good thing as it aids in performance enhancement, other forms of stress can be very debilitating. Join Spartan Well Being in this stress management workshop to learn more about stress, ways to cope, and some methods for self-care.

Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the different sections of Big Interview, including mid-career, graduate school, and entry-level interview tracks, allowing them to tailor their preparation to specific career stages. They will learn how to navigate industry-specific questions, equipping them with the knowledge to provide thoughtful and relevant responses. Additionally, students will build confidence in their non-verbal communication skills, such as body language, eye contact, and speaking pace, ensuring they present themselves professionally during interviews.
