This event will be an event for our Spring 2025 Potential Iota Class! We will first go over what Greek life is, who we are, what Rush is and what MGC is. Once all information is gone over and all questions are answered, we will continue with our Cosmos and Convos event. This will be an event where we will have mocktails, snacks and conversations to get to know each other. This is a great way to meet our sisters and to meet new people. We hope to see you there! <3

This will be an event where we will sing karaoke and have lip sync battles with one another. This is a great way to have fun and show off your performance skills, while meeting new people! Students are given the opportunity to respond to the speakers. Healing Trauma Through Yoga & Meditation

Restoring union with the body and reclaiming the body as one's own through asana (poses) and dhyana (meditation) is the foundation of this group. Coming back into the body is part of coming back into wholeness during trauma healing. The time consists of guided meditation, minimal asana with positive self-affirmation, and time for sharing. This group is intended for survivors of trauma. Pre-group screening is required for this group before attending. Please call 336-334-5874 to schedule screening appointment.
