The Teaching Resources Center is hosting a free Valentine's Day LIght-up Card workshop.  Come to the Teaching Resources Center in the School of Education Building Room 310 on February 14 anytime between 9 am to 5 pm.  Spend as much or as little time as you wish creating a unique Valentine's Day card with a light-up feature. When considering health, we often think only in terms of physical and mental health; however true wellness is much broader. A holistic approach to wellness supports the whole person and encompasses eight dimensions. Each dimension contributes to optimal health and well-being, including physical, emotional, social, intellectual, career, cultural, environmental, and financial wellness. This presentation will explore the eight dimensions of wellness, provide an opportunity for you to examine your relationship with each dimension, and discover new ways to support your health and wellness.

Lunch Served at 12:30 pm Spartan Recovery Program nurtures social, academic, and professional success for people seeking or living in recovery by providing a welcoming and fun environment, individual and community support, and opportunities for growth.
