These informal conversations are a touchpoint to chat about the exhibition itself, a specific work of art, or interesting details of the curation and installation processes. There’s no set agenda, and we invite your own perspectives.

Restoring union with the body and reclaiming the body as one’s own through asana (poses) and dhyana (meditation) is the foundation of this group.  Coming back into the body is part of coming back into wholeness during trauma healing.  The time consists of guided meditation, minimal asana with positive self-affirmation, and time for sharing.  This group is intended for survivors of complex trauma and screening is required.   Please call 336-334-9839 to schedule screening before attending group.

Spartan Connect Events | Piney Lake - Expedition Course

As a part of Fright Night, we are offering the opportunity to climb and zipline on our Expedition Course with a spooky twist! We will have numerous elements for you to swing, step, climb, and lunge across as you make your way to the zip line for your final descent! Bring some friends along for some extra laughs and memories along the way. If you are wearing a costume, you must be able to wear a harness and helmet correctly with your costume. You MUST also wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes. Sneakers are a great choice.

Take a walk through the haunted trails of Piney Lake this Halloween weekend for the 5th annual Fright Night! If scares aren't your thing we'll have a spooky movie on the lawn, Halloween activities, and hot chocolate for you. No registration is required. FREE transportation is provided every 30 minutes to & from Piney Lake. Parking spaces for personal vehicles are limited, the Piney Lake shuttle guarantees you access to this annual event! All you need to bring with you is your Spartan Card!
