Spartan Well-Being welcomes you to join the Body Positivity workshop. This workshop is a community-building group that invites students to participate in a positive and informative discussion about body image. A Spartan Well-Being peer will guide participants through two 1-hour sessions. Students will be able to explore their thoughts around body image and discuss the impact external factors (social media, trends, etc.) have on this topic. Students will create SMART goals at the end of the sessions that will help them think and feel more positive about their bodies. You must attend session 1 in order to attend session 2. Session 2 will be scheduled during session 1.
