Join Spartan Well-Being for our stress management workshop. 
Stress affects our mind, body, emotions, and behavior. It shows up differently for everyone.
While some stress is a good thing as it aids in performance enhancement, other forms of stress can be very debilitating. 
Join the stress management workshop to learn more about stress, ways to cope, and some methods for self-care. 
After participating in this workshop, students will be able to:

Identify stress
Use effective coping strategies
Create a self-care plan
Learn about resources to help manage stress
