Body Positivity is a community-building group that invites students to participate in a positive and informative discussion about body image. A Spartan Well-Being peer will guide participants through two 1-hour sessions. Students will be able to explore their thoughts around body image and discuss the impact external factors (social media, trends, etc) have on this topic. Students will create SMART goals at the end of the sessions that will help them think and feel more positive about their bodies. You must attend session 1 in order to attend session 2. Come visit therapy dogs in the Teaching Resources Center in the School of Education Room 310 on February 19 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.  Visit with trained therapy dogs in a cozy library setting. Feeling a bit stressed? Petting a dog can help with that. Stay as long as you want or just drop in.
