Join us for an engaging evening of dialogue and connection as we delve into critical issues facing the Black community. Our event will feature a dynamic panel discussion with three to four insightful voices sharing their perspectives on criminal justice reform, the Black church, child disciplinary pratices, and more.

The panel discussion will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by an open forum where attendees can break into smaller groups to connect, share their own experiences, and continue the conversation. This is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, build community, and explore solutions together.

Healing Trauma Through Yoga & Meditation

Restoring union with the body and reclaiming the body as one's own through asana (poses) and dhyana (meditation) is the foundation of this group. Coming back into the body is part of coming back into wholeness during trauma healing. The time consists of guided meditation, minimal asana with positive self-affirmation, and time for sharing. This group is intended for survivors of trauma. Pre-group screening is required for this group before attending. Please call 336-334-5874 to schedule screening appointment.
