Family relationships can negatively impact our self-esteem and mental health and often influence how we show up in new relationships. Counseling and Psychological Services is hosting a group for students who experience complex family dynamics. The Family-ish group will focus on practical ways to cope and offer a space to try out new approaches to relationships in a supportive environment.  Group is every Monday, 3:00-4:30pm, starting September 14th and ending November 16th. The group will close to new members once capacity is met.
